RESERVATION DETAILS

Upon reserving a unit, a rental confirmation and rental agreement will be emailed to you. Once full payment and the rental agreement is received, we will email you arrival information which contains the combination to the unit and parking passes. Do NOT go to the front desk to check in.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A refundable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment. If paying by credit or debit card, the funds will be released within 7 days following check-out based upon inspection of the unit.  If you pay by check, money order, or cashiers' check, you must submit the deposit with your final payment. If no damage is found following your departure, a check will be mailed to you within 7 days.

We consider damage to be beyond the normal wear and tear to the unit or its contents, linens or household items missing, smoking in the unit or on the balcony, evidence of having pets or luggage carts in the unit.  Any damage beyond the deposit will be billed to you. We reserve the right to bill additional charges to any credit card on file.

FINAL PAYMENT

The balance of the rental payment is due 14 days prior to check-in.  The booking will be cancelled and all monies paid forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, there is $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, fail to submit rental agreements or fail to arrive, you will forfeit all monies previously paid. Mandated hurricane evacuation periods are exempt from cancellation fees.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

No pets allowed. No smoking indoors or on the balcony. Any evidence of either is immediate forfeiture of damage deposit.

Check-in time is 4 pm CST.  Check-out time is no later than 10 am CST the day you are scheduled to leave. Late departures will be charged in 30 minute increments at the rate of $25 per 1/2 hour.

You must be 25 years of age to rent this unit and provide proof of age, if requested.

Renters who falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to additional charges and eviction.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN PAYING FOR THIS RENTAL, I HAVE AGREED TO THE SCHULSTADT LLC RENTAL AGREEMENT.
